     Movement is medicine.  I've experienced healing through movement time and again in my own life, and over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege to help guide others through their own healing journeys.  I’ve worked with a wide array of people, from young dancers to the elderly - and I believe that everyone has a unique, beautiful way of moving their body.  Together, we can find what works for you.  


     My endeavor in every session is to alleviate pain, address your goals, create equilibrium, build strength, and have fun! The GYROTONIC® method and Pilates can help you continue doing the things you love, and feel better doing them.  When you feel better, you live better.
